Export or manage your personal data directly from the app

How to Export Your Data

You can export a copy of your personal data at any time through the Nexum app:

  1. Open the Nexum app on your device
  2. Navigate to Settings (found in the Profile tab)
  3. Select "Privacy & Data"
  4. Tap "Export My Data"
  5. Your data will be prepared and downloaded to your device

What Data Can You Export?

📱 Profile Information

Your username, email, account creation date, and profile preferences

🎮 Game Progress

Current levels, scores, completion statistics, and learning streaks

🏆 Achievements

Unlocked achievements, badges earned, and milestone dates

⚙️ Account Settings

Notification preferences, language settings, and app configurations

Note: Vocabulary content and learning materials are proprietary and not included in personal data exports. Your progress with these materials is included.

Delete Specific Data

If you want to delete specific data without deleting your entire account:

Available Options

  • Clear learning history while keeping your account
  • Reset game progress to start fresh
  • Remove specific achievements or statistics
  • Delete stored preferences and settings

For specific data deletion requests, please contact our support team with details about what you'd like removed.

Your Privacy Rights

Under GDPR and similar privacy regulations, you have the right to:

  • Access - Request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification - Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Erasure - Request deletion of your personal data
  • Portability - Receive your data in a portable format
  • Object - Object to certain processing of your data
